Training with a friend is a great way to keep each other motivated and in check, think of it as healthy competition. Paired personal training is a great way to begin personal training as well. We will focus mainly on circuit resistance training, I train clients in a safe environment, always pushing both of you close to your limit, beyond what you expect from yourself but never till you break.
